  APACA helped move our household when we moved from Albuquerque to Melbourne Australia. The 3 men that arrived on site- Randy Otero and his team (I believe his father and a cousin too) were a DELIGHT! They were so professional, so careful and cautious with our belongings. They packed everything with such detail and care and were very pleasant to talk to. We had a great moving experience! And we are so happy to report that everything arrived in Australia without a scratch or dent, and I am talking big pieces of furniture. Thank you Randy Otero and team!

  My wife and I recently seperated from the military and all of our fabric furniture was filled with mold and was wet. We had to return all of our furniture back to storage for mold remediation. It has been two months and we have barely heard anything back from this company. The worker here in charge of our stuff has not done his job at all. We have had to live with little to no furniture for months at our apartment. It is beyond frustrating to not have any of our stuff back and to have this company give us virtually no updates on our situation . I wouldn't reccommend anyone to use this company as a mover. The lack of professionalism is so beneath any other mover company we have used before.

  As part of one (contracted out) leg of a job-covered relocation, APACA packed and loaded my belongings. The people seemed nice—the planner/evaluator was on time and did a great job; the movers were nice and great to talk to. That said, we’re now missing $1.5k worth of stuff: power tools, a camera and accessories, and some jewelry. These items were not in any of the boxes at our destination and all boxes were accounted for. Moreover, the rooms/house was empty after packing. I can only conclude that these items were not packed. Now, I have to deal with the contracting/coordinating company’s insurance and it’s looking as if I’m getting $0 because ‘they cannot accept liability’. Our stuff getting stolen is annoying and sad, and our claim getting denied is infuriating; the real tragedy is that this company, APACA, will still get business and will still be used as a local agent. If you have a choice, I would urge you to stay clear of them. Or, if you don’t, don’t let anyone out of your sight.
