  Randy and Jeff were very professional. Randy kept in touch on the day of pickup. They came in mover everything very carefully. Jeff was very polite and they both were very good natured. I have moved several times and these men were great to work with. I would recommend Apartment Movers Plus and intend you use them on our next move.

  I informed Derrick of the bunk bed that needed to be disassembled and reassembled the day before my move. He told me that was fine. On the day of the move, the guy told me that he would not disassemble the bed unless I paid an additional $150. When I called Derrick, he told me the bunk bed was not the typical bunk bed and wouldn't take less than $100 to take the bed apart. I paid for 3 hours and there were 4 guys. My apartment was only 851 Sq ft but they didn't get everything. My pillows on my couch are dirty and my leather recliner is broken. Although the guys were nice, I think they were a little upset because they kept saying they were told my apartment was a 1 bedroom instead of 2. The scheduled time was from 10:30am to 1:30pm. Although they arrived at 10:30, they didn't start until 10:50 because they had to remove things from the truck. On a positive note, the guys were nice. But I would NOT recommend this company based on the way I was SCAMMED out of the $100.

  Mrs. Carson was charged because her bunk bed was not the typical bunk bed. It required disassembly of way more parts than the typical bunk bed. Also she never informed management of any problems with her job in order for management to do anything about it. Also we sent 4 men out when the work order on required 3. unfortunately sometimes when you go out of the way to make people happy with the service you just can't do it

  This company did an amazing job with my move across the state. All my valuables were nicely placed and everything was just as I left it upon delivery. They were reliable, answered all my questions & concerns, and timely. Not to mention it was affordable! I will definitely refer and use apartment movers plus again!
