This my second time renting from apple tree storage on Perkins. I love the prices & the merchandise. But I HATE the customer service! The older Caucasian man is rude for no reason! He was also rude on the phone the first time, the first time I came he was rude and also today he was rude. I’m never going there again.

These guys were great. I moved in nearby and they took a check from my company when I moved here. The customer service has been stellar, the facilities are always clean and well lit and accessible 24/7 which I really am impressed by. It was competitively priced and when I had to switch units, they didn't charge me any fees or give me any hassle. Kevin is the best. The owners should promote him or give him co-op options. He's a keeper. I finally thinned out my hoard so I don't need a unit anymore. When I need a U-Haul truck I'll come here.
