  Extremely over priced! They sent two guys, one with a broken hand and another that I'm pretty sure was on something, that or bad allergies. They quoted one price and because of the movers situation it was DOUBLE. Multiple pieces of furniture was damaged, all in all a bad experience. I'm going back to using muscular moving men. Thought I would give a small business a chance but it bit me in the bum.

  I deeply regret using Az discount movers. They started late, with too small a truck. They damaged some items, then didn’t reimburse the damages at all. After my BBB complaint, they told BBB I was paid and settled, but nothing was ever paid or compensated. A very bad experience

  I scheduled a move in advance for December 28th between 12pm and 3pm. At 2:30 pm I called the company and attempted to confirm that my move was still scheduled as they had stated they would call when they were on their way. It was cutting it close and they told me they would be calling soon to let me know they were coming. A few minutes after that call they did tell me they would be at my house in 45 minutes to an hour. I immediately called the office back because this was later than scheduled. They informed me that there was an issue with the move before mine. I waited until 3:59 pm. I called the office back and was very upset that they still weren't there. They informed me that there was a problem with the move before mine but they would get me a discount. The office then called me back at 4:46 pm saying the movers would be there in thirty minutes. At 5:06 pm the driver, Mike, calls saying they are leaving and will be there in thirty minutes....see the problem? They finally showed up at 5:44 pm and my keys had to be turned in at 6:00 pm. I am fuming because I have to pay for another day at my apartment now. The driver has me sign the paperwork and then writes the arrival time as 5:22 pm! The two movers did a great job of actually moving the furniture. Once they arrived to my new address, Mike says that they will be only charging me for two hours to compensate for my time. Guess how long the move took? Two hours and two minutes. I think they should do more than save me 2 minutes worth of money seeing as how they strung me along, showed up late, and caused my keys to be turned in late. I packed my apartment and had everything sitting by the door for them! I will never use this company again because they failed to give me any sort of "discount" as promised. They made up for nothing. I was promised a follow up call first thing in the morning and received no contact.
