For the most part, they did a good job moving in my stuff. BUT, don't sign anything pertaining to the damage they do until you make sure everything they damaged is on paper. Don't take their word that you can add stuff later. Make sure it is on paper!!. They damaged multiple walls but only put down two things on paper. That's all they will repair. This was a military move so I will report it and them to my military move rep. And if you think this review is fake, here's my name: Jose Torres. Arrow Moving, you know how to contact me!!

Our team at Arrow is always disappointed when we do not exceed our customers’ expectations. The claim forms for damage to property are very specific. Unfortunately, damage must be listed at the time of walk thru with the delivering team. Any damage after the walk thru then becomes the responsibility of the homeowner. Again, our team is saddened by your experience, and will use it as a training tool for our future customers

Glenda and Vickey did an amazing job! I've never seen a crew of 2 pack a place so fast and so well, and this is probably our...5th move? Packers were very kind, professional, and did great work. The way our goods were packed and the thoroughness with which they were inventoried definitely gave me a warm and fuzzy. As a military member, I would absolutely request Arrow in the future. #Arrowmovedme

This was one of the easiest moves I've done over the dozens I've had. Everyone from the coordinator, to the driver, to the loaders and packers were extremely professional, efficient, and easy to contact.
