Saatva uses this company to deliver mattresses and the I have to say the service and Commnication is very poor. They sent me an email with a delivery window from 1:30 to 5:00 next day. I work and could not make accommodations this quickly. When I called, they agreed to an 11:00 a.m. Delivery. Well...I have called several times to follow up on my delivery and was told they will try to be there by 12:30. Of course, I had to cancel my appointments and rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. Not sure how they are in other markets, but in San Antonio the service is very bad!

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a Saatva mattress and Saatva uses this company to deliver mattresses. We received several text messages, each with a different time frame from this company to confirm our delivery. We clicked on the link and it said delivery confirmed (we even screen shot the confirmation)! One hour after our delivery window and no phone calls, we contacted the company to check the status of the mattress delivery. When we called, we were transferred to Greg (the manager) and he stated in an very rude manner that we failed to confirm this and it was our fault that the mattress wasn't delivered. We replied that we had not only did we confirm the latest window, but also each of the previous delivery windows that were sent to us. He insisted that the failure was ours and the he had no update as to when they could deliver our mattress. Extremely poor customer service and a horrible company to work with. Still waiting and hoping we receive our mattress :(
