I had these guys last year when I moved and they were great. I don’t know what happened this year, but for some reason they were 3-6 hrs later than the scheduled time. I’m not upset that they were late, I was upset that I had to call to get an update.... and then they lied about their arrival time... I was waiting all day. which is completely unprofessional. I barely had any furniture for them to move. Made their job SO easy and they only gave me a 20 dollar off discount and said at least we are giving you one. To be honest I will never use their business again. If you can go somewhere else more professional please do. Don’t waste your money, or your time waiting for them. Again! I’m not upset that they were late. They didn’t have the professionalism to call me and update me... I had to call them several times..

This was ASAP movers based in Hatfield, PA. About 30 minutes before scheduled move they text me, no phone call, that they would be 4 hours late. Would not recommend. Cancelled contract and did it ourselves. I'd give them no stars.

Derrick and David were amazing. They came right on time. Moved my furniture in a decent amount of time with no damages. The flat rate was pretty much right on. I recommend customers to review their inventory list and compile all items in one area for a smooth transition. Definitely would recommend.
