  Purchased a storage building from Athens Barn Center back in April. Due to the shortage in building materials it was delayed a few months. During this time we received very poor communication from the office staff. We left numerous messages for a update on the arrival of the building with no reply. After contacting them via FB messenger we got a reply. We now have our building and are happy with the purchase. James, please work on training your two folks in the office on their poor communication and customer service.

  My brother bought a 10 x 12 shed that was on the lot they were two weeks late delivering that they have been three weeks late on the 14 x 40 shed then they get to our house and won’t even attempt to bring it up to the driveway acting like they’ve never seen the driveway before knowing exactly what they were going to do and now trying to charge us another delivery fee they are bad communicators they don’t answer the phone they don’t call people back they don’t communicate at all with you they just take your money and tell you you’re SOL basically. As far as right now I would never recommend you to ever buy a building from these people

  James and his crew are more than phenomenal! They respond in very timely manners even when their work is overload, they keep you informed every step of the way, they let you have free choice and explain all of the different options that can benefit you, and they ALWAYS take the extra mile! I couldn’t ask for a better center or friends from the Athens Barn Center. Honesty, hard work, and character without an agenda go a long way in my book and they exemplify this every single day in the friendly city!
