  This company is all talk and no action. They don't show up until late morning and are incredibly slow. One of the crates they brought for our overseas move was completely broken. Their crew has been here since 10am and not a single box has been loaded as of 250pm. I've spoken with the company president twice and she asked me to give them a chance. That's nice when it's not your stuff getting loaded.

  The company had unrealistic expectations of what they could accomplish in one day and were unprepared 2 days in a row. They did not have proper packing materials or moving capacity. They were more concerned with the weight in the crate than the care of my personal items. The president of the company did not care about concerns expressed by the customer. All furniture items were marked as soiled, stained and/or scratched which was not accurate. No defects were pointed out to the customer. Many of the staff were unprofessional and used loud profanity in front of small children. Plaster ceilings and wood floors were damaged. This only addresses a few of the issues. Their contract should be suspended.

  Called and left messages over a few days. Never returned a call. I would not use this business as they will not return phone calls, or pick up their phone.
