  Our move went very smooth. This is our 3rd time using Aviv. Oscar & crew showed up early - were professional, hard-working, efficient and very helpful. And it was on a Sunday, too!

  I had to move everything from a large house where we lived for over 20 years, to three different locations. Local move in MA was perfect, but in two out-of-state moves they used local third party companies, and this was a big unknown, both to me and to the company. Aviv has no control about their local partners, and this is the cause of the problems. Again, the local Aviv movers who packed our belongings and moved them to their warehouse were perfect, very careful, came on time. One out of state move ended up OK despite an argument with a local guy about the extra payment to him. Aviv covered that eventually. The second out of state move ended up with some broken furniture, TV, and paintings frames and glass. Eventually Aviv insurance covered all the losses, but it took much longer and much more of my time and involvement than it should've. Yaniv Krolewicz was my agent, he was very helpful with solving all the problems along the way. The moving price was reasonable and well defined. I recommend this company for several reasons: 1. Reasonable price; 2. Responsiveness; 3. High quality local movers; 4. Well defined and simple pricing system. You know exactly what you pay for. However I want to give some advise to those using them. 1. Get some insurance coverage from them, but double check the fine print and/or discuss the details with your agent. 2. Make sure that they use good third party movers in the delivery area. After that you should be in good hands.

  We used Aviv after moving to Massachusetts from the West Coast. They worked slowly and I have no doubt they would have worked more slowly if I was not right there the whole time working. We used them to empty a 53’ trailer. I had to ask them multiple times to not take things apart and to just get the trailer unloaded. (We didn’t want to pay them for things we could do). Finally I told them they were wasting our time and to just unload the trailer. They moved slower after that. They were not open about charges upfront. They mentioned mileage charges but said nothing about paying them for drive time. Use another company.
