This company is difficult to work with and I have not had a pleasant experience. They do not answer emails for phone calls once something goes array. Long story short, I was told I can load my car with items and told them I would do so because I was moving, they did not mention a weight limit or fee when we spoke about this. The driver comes to pickup and says I owe an extra $100-$200. I asked Avon to point this out in the terms and conditions but they never replied. I have sent several emails and called several times and left voicemails but no answer or reply. We all know how expensive moving is and I chose this company based on their rate, now I am hit with hidden fees that could have been communicated up front when I spoke to them about my needs. I am just simply asking to pay the rate that was quoted to me.

I had a great experience with the company. They effectively and efficiently moved my vehicle and took it to my desired location on time. I would recommend using them if you need a service such as this one. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful until the service was completed.
