I am very disturbed about how UNPROFESSIONAL this company is. I spoke to the owner named Jesse White and I called him to confirm my appointment. He told me “I don’t remember about your appointment.” I find that very unprofessional. Very unfortunate that I took the time to give my email, my address, and I even received an invoice when the owner says he didn’t remember about having appointments to help move. You do realize people have move out dates and i gotta find out Last minute that I won’t be helped. Who runs a business and gives excuses. Customers don’t ant to hear excuses, customers want solutions! If I am paying someone to assist me, I don’t want to hear “I forgot.” If you’re interested in movers, I don’t recommend this company. Their customers are clearly not important since “they forget.”

These guys were great. They showed up on time, were prepared, took excellent care of my belongings, and were very efficient. I hired a team of two for four hours and Jesse came with a team of four, which cut my move time by an hour. Best of all, you can't find a more reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again.

Awesome company! Quality customer service, quality movers. I had zero property damage and they worked a literal miracle loading the UHaul in a timely fashion, the Kansas City heat. 11/10. Would highly recommend.
