I really liked that this was a one-stop shop for all my mailing needs. I, initially, only went to get copies on the recommendation of a local, in the area, as I was unfamiliar with the vicinity. I was also able to get postage, envelopes, take care of packaging and shipping and the place even had the sweet scent of locally produced honey. Loved it!

There are a lot of return packages they won't accept that the Ups/FedX stores will no matter if you have a photographed shipping label. Says a "Drop Box" but can't drop ALL your boxes there! But the ppl & service are excellent!

Hi Victor, This can be confusing so please let me explain. The Baker Business Center is not a franchised FedEx Office or UPS Store location. We are an independent FedEx Ship Center and UPS Authorized Shopping Outlet. Unfortunatley we do not have the ability to take FedEx or UPS QR codes and can only accept drop-off return packages with a return label. If we had the ability to take QR codes we would. For now, you can take FedEx QR codes to the local Walgreens but as far as I know, UPS QR codes requires a trip to Jacksonville or Lake City. Last if you take a closer look at the return instructions that comes with with the FedEx or UPS QR code, it specifically states that you must take the QR Code to either a FedEx Office or UPS Store location. Again, I know this is confusing so I apologize for the inconvenience.
