We had the pleasure of working with Steve Hunt and the Ballantyne & Beyond Moving team on a local move across state lines. We needed full service - packing, moving, and unboxing. Over four days of bad weather, multiple pickup locations, and many sets of stairs, the Ballantyne & Beyond team quickly and carefully got us from home to box to home again. The crews and supervisors were courteous and respectful of our homes and belongings. They were able to offer advice and consultation from their many years of experience. I highly recommend them for removing the stress and risk from your next move!

We have used the services of Ballantyne & Beyond Moving twice in the last six months. Phil Mink estimated the job and was always responsive to emails and calls. We had Tommy and his team move us the first time, and I was so impressed, I requested him for our next move out of state. Thanks also to Ricco, Eddie, Papi and the rest of the guys. All gentlemen, and an absolute pleasure to be around. Professional, very hardworking, friendly, and polite. Great care was taken with all items we had to move. Highly recommend. Thank you Ballantyne & Beyond for a great experience!

Warning! Stay away from this Mover! First of all they sent a truck and could not get everything on the truck so they had to send another. We were moving to Myrtle Beach and we were on a time line so I had to pay for an extra truck. The movers destroyed my desk and a cd tower that had a stain glass front. All they were interested in was how fast they could load up the trucks. When we go to our destination all they were interested in was slamming everything in so they could get back to Charlotte. All the boxes were carefully marked with room designations. With the exception of one crew member all they were interested in was getting everything slammed in to the house and garage regardless of where it was suppose to go. One crew member (Lamont) did take take the time to ask questions about where boxes were to be set. We had go back in to the garage to find boxes that were suppose to go to the kitchen or bathrooms or bedrooms. It was a disaster experience for sure. Would not recommend this mover to anyone!!

It's always our goal for all customers to be satisfied during the moving process. I would like to add some clarity to your statement above. You asked during the on site estimating process if all of your contents would fit on one truck, we told you it would not and you elected to rent a second truck on your own to save money. The second truck you rented to save money was not large enough for all of your contents even with one of our full size tucks. We then were able to secure a larger second truck that same day in addition to our truck to move all of your contents to Myrtle Beach. We charged cost for this process and your were fully aware of everything during the move process. Secondly we were supposed to meet you in Myrtle Beach at 10:00 a.m. for delivery., however you were 2 hours late for delivery due to a flat tire, which pushed us on our DOT requirements. We did not charge for that wait time. We only have so many hours to work and drive per day due to DOT regulations. Lastly, your desk was a particle board desk which is not covered under any moving valuation due to how particle board furniture is constructed. In addition, you signed the particle board waiver at the beginning of your move, understanding particle board furniture is not covered. Even though we were not liable for the particle board desk we offered a settlement for the desk as good faith. Not planning the correct capacity and not being punctual, both self inflicted, are two key ingredients of your dissatisfaction. We always strive for great experiences. I hope you enjoy your new home. Greg
