I can not say enough good things about the customer service of this place! After a LONG day of packing and moving, we got to Bama Mini Storage after hours and started unloading the uhaul. It soon became apparent that I had underestimated how much space my son required for his belongings. Our plan was to drive 5 hours back home that night. I called (2 hours after closing) and was so graciously helped. She even honored the original discount I had qualified for. This type of customer service is rare these days.

Well managed. Security conscious. Gate access until 10 pm but want you off the property by 10pm for security reasons. Very good overall.
