  I needed to have some large items transported at the last minute- So I went online to check out several rental businesses & decided on the U-Haul on Sklyand Blvd in Tuscaloosa, I’m SO GLAD that I chose them!! They provided me with EXCELLENT Customer Service!!. The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable! The facility was clean!! & my overall experience was Great!! I observed some staff members inspecting vehicles for cleanliness, etc. The entire process was smooth and quick!!pick up & drop off was a breeze! And let’s not forget the price-! EVERYTHING IS VERY AFFORDABLE! I highly recommend U-Haul on Skyland Blvd. in Tuscaloosa , Al. Not in do they have the right vehicle truck, van, trailer, etc but They-also have lots of packaging stuff- like boxes, tapes, tarps, etc.at great prices too!! When in need, check em out!!

  If I could give this location a zero I would. I reserved a truck for a week(wasn’t gonna use the full week/only needed it for a few days)and when I got there the said I could only rent it for 24hrs. I even asked if i could rent it for couple of days and they said no. I couldn’t even rent the other vehicles for more than 24hrs. I don’t understand this policy because people are traveling to different states/cities to move things and to only be able to access it for just 24hrs doesn’t make sense. I made the reservation in a advance I wish they would’ve called me a lot sooner to tell I could only rent for a 24hrs. Instead I had to find out the day I came to pick it up. This location is super unorganized.

  The manager and staff were extremely helpful in finding me a truck to rent. Everything was done fast when it was picked up and there were no issues. Would definitely use them again.
