  Bates moved me here to Ohio from Delaware 6 months ago. I should have written a review before this, but ... stuff happens. This is the best company for moving that I have ever experienced. And I've moved A LOT. The entire crew - office, driver, loaders - treated me and my property with the utmost respect. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

  I could not be happier with my experience with Bates Moving & Storage. I used their services several years ago and when I contacted them for a second move, they exceeded expectations. The entire team was professional, helpful and communicated every detail regarding the move of my furniture. The team took amazing care of my furniture and were a delight to have in my home. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants a fantastic and easy moving experience. Thank you for everything!

  We contacted Bates to handle our move because we had heard good things about the company. We are so happy we did. They arrived to pickup our household items on time and the driver was very helpful and professional. Once loaded they stored our items for us as our new house wasn’t ready. When we closed we again contacted Bates to deliver our stuff. Again, they arrived on time with a crew of folks to unload and place our items where we wanted them. They were very patient with us as my wife changed her mind a couple of times. All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend you talk to them. Ask for Jenny, she is our favorite employee and helped us with a lot of information.
