  I feel honored to have dealt with the worst movers of my military career. The clerk who booked the crew told my husband this is the “best one they have on staff.” Well, here’s a breakdown of what the “best” crew they have entails… They do not know how to put together basic furniture pieces such as feet on a couch, nor do they bring tools with them to do it either. We informed the company ahead of time that we are requesting a full unpack of stuff, and the movers refused to. Three men could not lift one king size mattress up one flight of stairs. They opened my fridge and took out whatever refreshment I had in there without permission. We also informed the crew before coming into the house, that this is a brand new home, please do not drag items across the floor and be mindful of walls. Well, I now have large scratches in my new floors, dents, and 20+ markings on my walls. Do yourself a favor, and request/find a different company.

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’m a military service member of 15 years with multiple moves associated. Bay Area Movers was exponentially worse than anything I’ve experienced. Specifically- 1) Movers showed up late. 2) They simply gave up on putting together 2 simple Ikea pieces of furniture. 3) They damaged a couch, dresser, nightstand and chest of drawers. 4) They slid a chest of drawers 4 feet across hardwood floors causing $1500 worth of damage. 5) Unresponsive for weeks in my attempts to recuperate the money associated with above damage. I don’t know if this will be read. However, I’ve completed the surveys with the military in the hopes of never allowing this company to be utilized with my fellow service members. If you want your move to be carried out by a company who actually cares - go elsewhere. Again - absolutely horrific.

  Worst company to make business with. The whole process was a total disaster and a lack of professionalism, from beginning to end. The workers left a lot of damages in my property, they were not careful at all. They couldn't assemble anything so I don't even know why they brought their only 3 tools. They also tried to take some of my tools, so if you go for this company I'd recommend to watch out your stuff. The administrative team is also rude and they don't care about customers at all. They washed their hands when I asked them to fix the damages they left in my residence. There were scrathes on the walls, doors and floors. What a disaster this company is!!
