I had pre-reserved a unit but ended up needing it sooner, and over the New Year's weekend! Danielle took my call when they were closed and got me set up and in the unit on Sunday!! Lifesaver... and she could not have been nicer!! Thank you Bay Storage and especially to Danielle!! I'm in and a fan!! Unit was extremely clean and facility feels very secure too!!

From the first phone call to the move out, the staff at Bay Storage were very helpful from explaining the types of storage to their policies. We used the Cape Charles facility and were pleased working with the front desk staff, Coco. She is a gem!
