BTW - this company has started a new google profile in order to avoid the negative reviews they previously had. Notice how July is the first review??? They have been around longer than that, I assure you! I was told the pick up would not be outsourced, but it was. These guys totally ripped me off. When they sent some unnamed company to pick up my stuff, these guys recalculated my total to almost double after the truck had already been loaded. My items were broken and lost upon receipt. I was lied to by the salesperson and, because I called to complain, my items were held indefinitely until I paid my balance in full. Do not use these people!!!! Do not use!!! I'll say it again--> Do NOT use! Any 5 star rating is probably from the company!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! RATE LESS THAN 0 FOR THE LAST 18 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RECEIVE MY LOST ITEMS, MANY ANTIQUES AND FAMILY PIECES, ALSO TRYING TO GET FINANCIAL SATISFACTION FOR ITEMS LOST AND BROKEN! I HAVE A JUDGEMENT FROM SMALL CLAIMS COURT, I HAVE A LAWYER , THEY ARE AVOIDING ALL LEGAL PATHS BY USING FAKE NAMES AND LOOPHOLES THAT NEW YORK DOES NOT RECOGNIZE A VIRGINIA COURT!!!!!!! OVER 8K IN LOST ITEMS AND ANTIQUE VALUE!!!
