  Second time working with Mega Move LLC. I moved my mom from Bronx to Brooklyn in April - excellent experience. As a gift to my son and his girlfriend I contracted with Mega Move and they were there on time ready to work and get the move done on Saturday morning. Listen everyone, moving is a hectic/stressful experience using a professional mover is the only way to go. Mega Move LLC has been added to my contacts and I would recommend them to you and anyone else that want's peace of mind.

  Had a great experience with the Mega Move team. Their small but effective team was on time, communicative, and professional. From the minute they came into start packing to the time they left the new apartment they did not stop working. They were very fast but thorough and did a great job with the move.

  My stuff was 2 1/2 months late receiving my furniture. Things were broken and tried to increase price but under no condition would I pay extra given the delay. I couldn’t even call to get the status of my stuff; either they would keep me on hold forever or tell me they would call back but wouldn’t, and this was when they would pick up their phone at all. Eventually I did get my stuff but I know of other customers who eventually were told what storage unit their furniture was in; only to have to pay previous storage cost and make arrangements to have their stuff moved from storage to their new home address. We’re talking like living in Colorado and having to go to Virginia to get their stuff out of storage. My advice is to get a tracking device hidden in your stuff that’s on the truck so you know where your stuff is at all times. Don’t let them threaten you by holding onto your belongings until you pay additional amount the movers decided to charge.
