Poorly designed parking. Do not even attempt to get in during the weekend or you will get caught in a traffic jam. If a large truck or god forbid an 18 wheeler parks back here it's all over; nobody is getting in or out. Constant rate increases every couple of months. These guys are the most expensive storage facility around and they are always raising their rates. Generally a very friendly staff. Clean facility. Safe neighborhood. I actually would not have posted this two star review except for the fact that Bee Safe specifically asked me to so I did. :)

The staff was very helpful and the wine storage units were well designed. It was very helpful to be able to store my collection while I had a proper storage unit built at our new home.

Steven is a very personable guy, and all around just nice to work with. He was very thorough explaining my pricing, billing, move-in, etc. I felt very comfortable understanding where we stood.
