  Stay away from this Bekins in Tucson AZ as I used them for an Interstate move and I had two crates that went missing, never made the original delivery. Only after I contacted the CEO of Bekins did they finally make an attempt to find my two crates, which they did and after 4 weeks they finally arrived. Majority of communication was via email unless I called them myself. Even the GM (Eric) could not pick up the phone and call me to apologize about the missing crates, poor customer service. When the missing crates did arrive they had an Umbrella Stand, Leather back to a recliner and a queen mattress that WAS NOT MINE, so someone is missing those items due to their poor customer service to ensure only my items were packed in the crates. Numerous broken/damaged items and still missing some boxes that never made it to me new location. Stay Away from this moving company and deceptive pricing also as my original quote went up $6,000. they answer was we didn't get it keyed in on time and prices increased the next day, NOT MY FAULT

  ***AVOID THIS COMPANY*** I live at an apartment community on the east side of Tucson on old spanish trail and I just witnessed Bekins movers parked where they were covering about 5 vehicles. One resident needed to park and couldn't. When she asked the movers to move the truck they wouldn’t until the leasing people came out and the girl asked them to move it which they did. Once the girl left the lady in red hair reversed the truck and parked it in the same spot. The office girl came back and asked her again and let her know she could not be parking there and covering vehicles in case of an emergency. The lady in the red hair started screaming at her and telling her she could do anything she wanted PER THE COMPANY POLICY. My community did not allow me to place my moving truck anywhere that covered vehicles so why does a “professional” company do this?? Bekins DO BETTER. Hire more professional people who will understand and have a little more common sense. A bunch of neighbors witnessed how vulgar your employees were.

  Perfect transaction from start to finish Prompt service from Ms.Romero to excellent experience in the whole moving situation. I would highly recommend using Bekins to anyone looking to move locally or across the country
