  Avoid this company as if it’s the plague. Worst experience of my families life trying to get moved with them as our hauling agency. Not only did our shipment arrive with MULTIPLE broken items, including heirlooms of many kinds, our freezer was delivered with BLACK MOLD in it because they did not store it properly. It was emptied and cleaned out when we packed it up. They dropped off our shipment to the wrong storage facility. We wanted our belongings dropped off in Cadillac, MI.. for some unknown reason they decided to drop it off in Grand Rapids, MI with a company we never agreed to work with. This company was 2 HOURS away from our home! When Rob was confronted with all of this he was belligerent, unhelpful, and extremely unapologetic. Instead, his responses to our concerns were of the utmost unhelpful, and rude. For a hefty price of $24k we are completely unsatisfied, appalled, and in disbelief that this company could be, would be, so rude, uncaring, & destructive to our stuff. For a period of time, we thought our belongings were stolen because they weren’t responding to our request of final price and weight…. Save your money, save yourself a headache and fight. Go with uhaul instead……oh, all of this was over the course of two months….. we STILL have no final weight for our trailer. Who knows if we were even charged properly. Rob, get a new job. You’re clearly burnt out. You’re a joke.

  AVOID Ralph's! Would give zero stars if I could. They are fine until you make a claim and then you will get the run around. They damaged many of my items and refused to follow through on fixing or cleaning them, despite the fact that I purchased full-coverage insurance. They took my couch from my home on two occasions to deal with damage and cleaning, and each time returned it more damaged and with more dirt spots. Even the driver of one of these deliveries told me he asked the cleaner if they had actually cleaned it. Staff communication is awful, with staff members getting irritated with me for asking about the status of my claim and for asking how long my couch would be out of my home. One staff member told me that she couldn't tell me because she "doesn't work in hypotheticals" and giving my an estimate for the timing would, apparently, be a hypothetical. Although they eventually gave me back the amount I had paid for full-coverage insurance, now I have to pay to fix the items they broke. It will cost me much more than the amount they refunded me. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

  Ralph's delivered a new mattress we purchased online, Excellent service. Office contacted us with delivery window, driver called with ETA. They were on time, well groomed, professional, very pleasant and in & out in a flash. Thank you for great service.
