  Moved about 2 weeks ago. Was not happy. Spoiler: basic Covid-19 precautions fell short. Prepare for a list: 1: I was charged an additional %50 premium for same day reservation because I took a canceled appointment slot. That's about $80/hr extra. 2: They attempted to charge me for an hour before my appointment because that's when the guys showed up at the warehouse. My pickup location was 3 minutes from their warehouse. Had to accept a 30 minute charge because the paperwork was not done until after the job was complete. 3: Charged me for 45 minutes after they left for a drive time of 20 minutes back to their warehouse. A 2 hour estimate turned into over 3 hours. A total of 1.75 hours of actually having them working or traveling between pickup and drop off. 4: The lead worker refused to document torn leather, because "it was like that when we got here" 5: They put a gash in the drywall moving a desktop up stairs. 6: They tore my mattress moving it upstairs. Here is a big one 7: pressed grease into my mattress while dragging it upstairs. This means that one of their workers had grease on their hands, after loading. Only other spots are on the outside of boxes. It also means that at least one of their workers was not washing his hands at all! This is an era of Covid-19, and washing hands is the very minimum that should be done. They wore masks most of the time, but not %100. I am not happy in the least. Tried to clean mattress, did not work; embedded grease is not friendly. Had insurance through them, deemed under the $300 deductible. Did not cover replacement value. Will not use again, can not recommend.

  My youngest son works for Bekins, he is an excellent mover/packer with 16+ years experience. He is really enjoying working for Bekins, finds them a fair trustworthy company. My son runs his own crew, has excellent customer ratings, and enjoys his work time. I highly recommend Bekins

  I had a WONDERFUL experience with this moving company. The movers were on time and very efficient. They were able to move our stuff in (we had a huge truck full) and treat every box and piece of furniture with great care. They had everything nicely wrapped, covered and secured while being moved in the truck. They even offered to help us put things together, like our dining room table. They didn't track anything in the house, they setup a cool path with flat cardboard to protect our floors. I would HIGHLY recommend Crown Moving Company!!! I will definitely continue to use them in the future, hands down.
