The team that helped us move at JV Academy movers were awesome. Ours was a big move of a 4B home and these guys did a flawless job ensuring that all the furniture was disassembled and assembled properly, stuff was placed in the room that we wanted to and our belongings were handled with care. The team was professional and showed up on time. Greatly satisfied with the customer service and professionalism. They did the job fairly quickly and was able to beat their estimated time. It was our first time using JVA and they made our moving day so easy and stress free. 5 stars for their service and highly recommended to anyone planning to move.

I requested quotes from a few different companies, before deciding on John Volken. Other companies will offer you 2 movers, and the clock starts from the time they leave the office to the time they get back. Some will even double the rate as they drive from your current apartment to your new one. Not these guys. JVA Movers stood out because first - they gave the same hourly rate but for 3 movers. And they clarified that they don't double rates between locations, and the clock stops once the last box is moved into your new spot. They don't charge for their time to drive home. These guys were fast, careful, clean, and respectful from start to finish. They called the morning of to confirm they were heading over, called when they had arrived, and the whole job was finished within I think 4 hours and cost me less than what they had quoted me for an average job of my size. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely my go to from here on out.

John Volken Academy Movers were hands down THE BEST movers I have ever worked with. From initial contact, to estimate to the end of move day, they exceeded my expectations.
