  I guess it is my fault for not fully understanding the contract but movers from Bekins Northwest dropped our expensive marble dining table and claims are only paying me $48 dollars back for $3500 marble table because they tricked me into explaining basic protection plan. Dispatchers also lied to me that his boss owns Marble place and will replace it at no cost. They also lied that it got broken while transporting in the truck. Yeah right…yall dropped it on the ground and cracked it in half. I also tipped them 200 dollars I wish I never did because every single one of them are liars. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your local or PCS ETS move if you are military. Worst moving company ever I encountered from my past 16 years of military service. Movers/dispatchers..I hope you guys sleep good at night after receiving tips ripping of military family. Worst company ever.

  I really like the Lakewood office...I'm in the area quite often and I've brought in shipments to them...all went well... David in dispatch is awesome. The office personel there are very professional and courteous. Thanks Bekins for all that you do for the moving industry.

  I had a major move to Ohio from Washington state and Cliff was in charge of removing all my belongings from my 4th floor apartment. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, KIND, HELPFUL, INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND DOWNRIGHT FUN to work with!!! I am OVER THE MOON HAPPY AND IMPRESSED with Bekin and am going to shout to the world how WONDERFUL AND TERRIFIC THEY ARE!!! I had interviewed Allied Van Lines, Mayflower Trucking, and several not too prominent moving companies and NONE OF THEM BENT OVER BACKWARDS AND DID ANYTHING TO HELP ME BUT BEKIN CAME THRU AND MADE THIS MOVE A COMPLETE DREAM COME TRUE!! I finally found a home to live in here in Ohio and have updated my info to Bekins so they know where to go exactly when they deliver my shipment...and I have the utmost FAITH AND TRUST they will do a wonderful job. GOD BLESS ALL THE FOLKS AT BEKINS WHO HAVE HELPED ME WITH THIS MOVE!! HAPPIEST AND BLESSED HOLIDAYS TO ALL OF THEM ... they are WORLD CLASS IN MY BOOK!!!
