  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. The office manager Jackie was great with giving me exact details pertaining to my move . The movers that came were very efficient in doing their job , packers handled my belongings with care. I would definitely 100 percent hire this company to pack and move my house again!!!

  Horrible experience! As a former mover myself in a past life I know how long moving should take. My girlfriend and I hired Ed’s to do a simple move to our new house a mile down the street. I knew it shouldn’t take but 3hrs (4hrs tops if the movers were slow) as I moved half the house myself after work in days prior. Day of move I was at work so this is the recap from my girlfriend and mother who were there.(who kept calling me at work stressed out). Movers showed up with broken lift gate and no ramp. Proceeded with move anyway lifting everything one piece at a time 5ft up to truck bed. 8hrs later, 2 more guys sent out along with Jackie the owner of Ed’s coming out they finished. Jackie was “nice” and just charged us for 6hrs ($780) I know from being a mover this was not a 6hr job. When I got home my girlfriend had already paid. Called Jackie the next day to let him know I was very unhappy and asked what he could do. At $120hr there is no reason to bill us for a 6hr job that we both know should have taken 3hrs if they had a truck, hand trucks and ramp. Jackie would not do anything for me! I asked 10 different ways why your equipment failure is my problem? He still was convinced 6hrs was fair. I can tell you it wasn’t and was even willing to pay him for 4hrs. No concession. I guess he likes stealing people’s hard earned money. Hopefully he hires a contractor to build a house, they forget the hammers and use a rocks to pound nails and bill him double for their mistake. I’ll never recommend them to any of my friends. I’m in sales and customer satisfaction matters. I’m completely dissatisfied. It’s not hard to admit mistakes, concede a little and make it right so people don’t have to write negative reviews like this. Jackie I told you I’d be honest and this is.

  We were so happy with each of the crew members who helped with the move. Each one was professional, polite, and they did an awesome job. The two leads - Keith and Charles - were terrific. I would recommend them and your company to anyone needing to hire a moving company.
