  "This is an update on the below review that I posted 2 months ago. Tip Top continues to send me emails promising payment next week, then next week. Still, they have not repaid the $1,500 they stole from my father. Another interesting point, scroll through the reviews and you will see a 5 Star review from Kavin Bell. That is the owner, giving himself high marks to boost his reviews. I cannot say enough how dangerous and dishonest they are. ********I wish I could give zero stars. Tip Top Moving and Storage overcharged my family $5,600 for a $200 service. This money was charged to a debit card that had been entrusted to them for monthly storage fees. I discovered the overcharge/theft in January and after many phone calls and emails, they have repaid about $4,000. While Tip Top continues to admit they owe me the money, and continue to promise to pay, they have failed to do so after 6 months. That leaves me with two possible causes. 1. They purposefully stole the money from my family. 2. Tip Top is in such dire financial straits they cannot afford to repay. For future customers, this means you are at risk of doing business with a thief or with a company who might not be paying liability insurance, fire insurance which would put your items at risk if they were in storage or being moved. Either way, highly dishonest business."
