  Some how they had me down for 2 hours. I am a single women in her 20’s with a toddler. I lived in a town home & I was going to another unit. I had no family to help me they called me saying our team is saying they don’t have time to move your bed or your son’s bed. WTH? I had to get a last minute company to move my son’s furniture. & get this when they first see my bed they say we don’t have drill? Excuse me? & then they say we can move the bed but we can’t put it back together wth? Listen here if you take my bed apart your going to put it back together. Don’t get me wrong the team was very nice but I do not understand how their was a over booking I feel like if you have a Job you shouldn’t leave until you are done. I will never book them again.

Your move was booked as an Hourly Labor service that does not come equipped with tools for assembly, we apologize that clear expectations were not properly set.   I recently moved around the 30341 area, and it really makes a difference to pick a team. I ended up with Cedric and his 4 man team. What a team. Cedric was punctual and he made sure everything was perfect from the logistics, to telling us regularly on the progress of the move. Our furniture was handled with the best care, and no scratches on the walls. We were charged exactly what Bellhop advertised. Well done Cedric and well done Bellhop! Well done!

  Some wore face masks, some did not, I think it was because they were working outside, and primarily around each other. They got all of the stuff off the truck, up stairs and in specific rooms. As they, moved some things, there was some damage to a few items. The team was on-time, patient, professional, polite and worked as fast as they could (about 2+hours) to complete what was truly an arduous job. I sincerely appreciated the work that they each did to ensure that the unloading (from truck at ground level to home, including multiple flights stairs) was completed. Overall very happy to have had it done. 4.5 stars! I would personally again use and recommend Bellhop's services. Thank you.
