  Scam service, do not use! Most stressful move in my life. I hired the service to move my two bedroom apartment from Midtown to Brookhaven. The movers left without telling us before they moved everything. The movers GPS suddenly is dead during move, (who use a GPS anyway, what happens to smart phone in 2021). We have to go back after we arrive and take an hour detour to find them in a bar having lunch and bring them to our new place. They were trying to leave again before assemble the bed in place. My wife literally had a mental breakdown when they finally agreed to send another person to finish the rest of the move free and refund the one hour down time. But now they are trying to scam us again by writing down the wrong move end time. They put down the contract end time at 3:30 pm while the actual end time was at 2: 49 pm, overcharging the move for more than half an hour. When I approach the manager about this, they simply ignored all my evidence and said they only follow what's written down. I have already collected the security camera footage recording from building management the entire moving period including when the move starts and ends, the dashcam camera and GPS information from my car showing when the truck left, also all the phone conversations we had with the company are recorded as well. I can back up everything I claim with video and audio evidences and I am bringing this issue up to any relevant authority I can find to show what a scam the company is.

  I wouldn't recommend Two Men and a Truck. Very unprofessional and over priced for their lack of service. The movers complained the entire time and I was told I had too many things. They did not move all of my stuff. I was told to have a friend help me get the rest of my things which I ended up doing. I called to launch a complaint was told someone would contact me, no one has contacted me. Do not use this company. I have used 404 Movers they are great. I would have used them this move but they did not have booking for the day that I needed to move.

  They took 3x the quoted time, they didn't actually pack my entire apartment so I had to pay a second service to finish. They broke my living room table and didn't put my bed back together correctly. I've never paid more for a move before, and I've moved 4 times in Atlanta over the last 10 years, and I've also never had worse service. I highly recommend looking for a different moving company.
