  I have used Ben's a couple times for moving over the years. This last time was for packing up my kitchen getting ready for a remodel. They NEVER disappoint. They are very fairly priced, prompt, courteous, efficient, and extremely accommodating. I have never had a bad experience with them and have referred them to many friends and will continue to use them over the coming years. Love them.

  Unprofessional and made my move that much more stressful. I spoke to Ben over the phone and booked my move more than 2 weeks in advance. He said he would call the day before my move to confirm and secure payment. When I did not hear from the company, I called and was told there was no record or booking for my move that was to happen Saturday, the following morning. Ben called me and immediately was defensive, blamed me for his mistake saying he has not made one mistake in the 20 years he has been doing this. He told me that he was on vacation and he could move me the following Monday and if I didn't like that, I could call somebody else. I was in tears after that call and was shocked by this man's unprofessionalism and complete lack of responsibility for his error. Using profanity and disrespectful. He did move me on Sunday, but not Saturday as I had everything planned for. He had 2 movers come out for a move that took 2 hours. The move was 1 mile. I paid the amount the employee requested, which is the rate advertised on their website. Now Ben has threatened to take me to court for a move he says cost almost $800. The office manager also said after the fact that I was being charged for travel time because I was not a local move although their receipt says they serve my area. My opinion, based on my experience, is that this business is not trustworthy, reliable or responsible.

  Once again we apologize for your inconvenience but The men were called in on a Sunday so you could be out of your house by Monday. No other moving company would’ve done so they would’ve just canceled. No deposit was ever taken for your move. We could’ve easily done so When the movers arrived you signed the contract verifying that you knew the rate. Two counties away is not considered local, it is within our service area but it is not a local move. You never mention any problem with the movers themselves. You thought they were great and tipped them $60 each. Your lead mover made an unauthorized change to the contracted rate, after completing your move, in doing so he was charged with the $335 that you did not pay because you were inconvenienced.

  Everything about this experience has been the best we have ever had. Ben was super helpful and responsive, even sent out an extra guy so we could get everything done more quickly and I cannot speak highly enough about the crew that came and loaded and unloaded the trucks. James, James, Jeremy, Keith, and Bob were professional, helpful, careful, and just fun to be around. It poured and then got super humid and these guys didn’t complain once. Not one thing got broken. Ben’s has the best prices compared to other moving companies but their service and crews are top notch! Thanks again guys!
