Bought boxes... said they would buy back any unused boxes. Got there and the guy said I couldn't only get store credit. Had to wait forever for an assistant manager that was able to credit my credit card. My gosh... train your people !!!!!!

I took somebody up there so that they can pick up a rental but we weren't there very long they were fast with the service and getting them in her vehicle and out the door in less than 20 minutes after we arrived she had pre-registered online and did the check in but still they're helping several customers and it seemed to go pretty flawlessly we were out of there in no time...

Always in stock with products and boxes. Great staff and quick. Large storage facility. I drive 45 minutes just to go to the store even though I pass 3 other uhaul places. It's just that good!
