  RUN !!! The office staff was nice but the movers were very unprofessional. I was told they would arrive between 9 a.m. or 10 a.m. They arrived at 10: 45 a.m. and the move began at 11 a.m. No one called to say they were going to be late! The one guy that appeared to be in charge of the movers, had a bad attitude and was sucking his teeth and making bad faces when informed items needed to be placed in the basement area. He also told me that I was suppose to give each mover ( total of 3 ) a 20% gratuity each as a tip after the bill was totaled!! And He also told me that they do not carry small items! Only the large items I was asked to provide a list and pictures. So if the small items were not listed, he stated they do not move them. I had to place a call immediately to the main office to get further clarification regarding that matter. Results were they were suppose to assist with those items as well. Lastly, I had to go to my storage to pick up a small amount of items which is a 15 minute drive from my home, they were driving behind us extremely slow in order to prolong the time so the move can take longer and they could be paid more money. We waited at the storage for approximately 15 - 20 minutes longer before they arrived. We were waiting at the gate for them because I had to punch in the code to let us and them in. Worst moving experience EVER!!! Do yourself a favor and choose someone else!

  Excellent experience with Bensalem Movers! By far, the best movers I have ever had. Foley, Henry and Gonzalez did quite an outstanding job. Quick and efficient teamwork. Made my move so much easier than I could have expected. And not one piece of furniture was damaged. Great job!!

  The move was accomplished very smoothly with the help of the crew of movers and the assistance offered by your office staff. Since there was a delay between the moving date and the closing date on our new residence, I was naturally concerned about my furniture and all my household possessions. Needless to say, my fears were unfounded as everything went smoothly on the day of the move. The movers were efficient, professional and very helpful. There was no breakage or missing items and though we re still unpacking, I can't say enough positive things about your service. I intend to recommend Bensalem Movers to all my friends who are contemplating a move.
