  The service was excellent the removal team friendly and very professional. Their attention to detail in packing my furniture was reassuring. I had no concerns the unpacking would be just as professional at the warehouse.

  I had to post one star or it would not let me post the review. Think twice before you use them. I had many items broken. I am still unpacking and finding things that were broken in the move. I tried to complete the insurance forms but the number on the paper I was to refer to did not match watch was on the computer generated paperwork so I was a day late and several dollars short. It was too bad so sad for me. They would not even reimburse me for the item that was dropped in my drive way and was on the paperwork they received the day of the move. Just a few pictures from the broken items. It is amazing some of these items made it to Florida 20 years ago from up north and several moves throughout Florida but they didn't not make it in a round trip of approx 90 miles. A few items can't be replaced. They were the best price but as they say you get what you pay for. I will never use them again or refer them to anyone. Lesson Learned.

  We had two crews, one to pack us up and another to deliver our 14,000lbs. of house hold goods to our new home. Both teams were prompt, polite, professional and speedy, but careful. They maintained a pleasant disposition throughout the day and cleaned up after their work. After unpacking 99% of our boxes, nothing was missing or broken. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, I will certainly use them again and would recommend Berger Allied Moving & Storage to everyone. Thank you for a job well done.
