  This company assisted me in accomplishing my move in a smooth matter. The broker was real difficult from the beginning and kept giving me false info about a fast delivery. BCM helped me in understanding the estimated delivery window. I am now moved into my new home and I couldn’t be happier with the work and customer service provided by BCM!!! A+++ work ethic

  The movers were very professional throughout the whole move. They also explained how the delivery window works and provided me a free month of stotage since I was not ready for a delivery right away. It was so much cheaper than renting a Uhaul. I also paid for full packing which made it more stress free and saved me a ton of time.

  Horrible horrible horrible. I had several conversations with a woman named Ana. I was promised by the movers that my stuff would be delivered on a date. Then I am told that it could be 2-14 days. Only to be told a week later that they don't include weekends. Who in there right mind can wait a whole MONTH to receive their belongings. They began not returning my calls, so I had to call from my work phone and they picked up. Ana told me and I quote "do you think your stuff is more important than other peoples" and "just because our supervisors don't wear ties doesn't mean they aren't supervisors". when I never said anything of the sort. I don't care if the CEO is in sweatpants. She was making the conversation into something it wasn't and being very nasty. Lord knows when I will get my stuff. I have been sleeping on the floor and out of work because I was promised a date and it was never delivered. It is horrible.

  A contract was signed with IMRG stating "HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS. CUSTOMER shall be responsible to BROKER for timely and accurate delivery instructions, including, but not limited to the point of origin, point of pick up, and any special handling requirements, for any shipment. Agent shall have up to 30 business days to deliver your household goods." The folder that you advised that you're ready for a delivery starting 04/07 also states that it is not a guaranteed delivery date, but a window to calculate a delivery based on milage. The move is a total of 1,162 miles which turns out it would be 2-14 business days. The paperwork was also provided over at the pick up. Your move was not charged a straight delivery, therefore we can't rush your delivery and we have to work by the rules on the contract. If any paperwork is needed, please let us know and we'll be happy to email you a copy of the contract.
