  If you need your stuff moved quickly, effectively, and at a moderate price for local moves, this is the perfect company! I have used Best Move twice, both times involving a move to and/or from a senior care facility. This most recent time, I was even able to have them meet a family friend for the drop off, so I could spend a day with my parents. Very trustworthy!

  ☠️☠️☠️ I found a moving truck for sale on Craigslist being sold by Lyn owner of best moves. I went to there location to see the truck with his nephew Garry. They where both great it seemed and I liked the truck. So I purchased the truck, but needed to leave it there for about 5-6 days they agreed to allow it. As soon as I left I thought Gheez I should have wrote down the mileage (what if they try to use my truck?) A couple days before I was to come grab It Lyn called me asking if he can use the truck for 4-5 hours and offered me $50 lol 😂 I refused and said I would come pick up the truck in the morning. He told me to contact his nephew Garry, which I did. He was trying to say he is to busy! So after a little complaint to the uncle Garry agreed to leave the title and key in the truck for me. After I picked up the truck and took it home to start my move. I realized that they had taken the ramp out of the truck “Very Deceptive” !!! 💀 🦴 ☠️ Then I tried to contact them the uncle refused to even respond and Garry was making excuses. They had called the uncle Lyn honest Not True !!! Beware working with this company!!!

  Yes, we needed to sell our older truck because it was going to become non compliant to operate in California. We place an ad and got a call from Dave. He said he was interested and wanted to make an appointment to see the truck. So, we made an appointment to show the truck on a day when I could not be there. So, my Nephew, Gary met with Dave and showed him the truck and went with him on a test drive. They negotiate and couldn't agree on a price. So, Dave called me and after a while we agreed on a price. He then said he'd sign the bill of sale and leave the payment. But, asked if we would allow him to store the truck at our warehouse for a few days. Although we needed the space for another truck that we just bought, in an effort to be accommodating we said OK! Gary told him that he would clear out all of our moving equipment and have the truck ready to go when he came back to pick it up. Later that day he called back to ask if Gary would take a picture of the odometer, because he forgot to look at it. So, Gary took a picture and sent it to him right away. Dave had never mentioned that he needed a ramp, so we assumed that he already had a ramp and when Gary cleared out all of our moving equipment he also removed the ramp. At some point Dave told Gary that he would come out to pick up the truck on Friday August 28. So, Gary adjusted his schedule to make sure he'd be there on that day. Then, subsequently Dave called and said he'd like to come out a day early and pick it up on Thursday. Gary told him that he was busy working on a moving job that day. So, at Dave's request Gary left the keys and paperwork in a location that they agreed on. Dave took the truck that day. He then called the next day to ask where the ramp was? We said that he never said he needed the ramp, so we took it off the truck. He got very upset and said why are you guys ripping me off! We said the ramp was not part of the deal. He said he thought it was! We disagreed, but agreed to let him have the ramp and told him he could come and get it. He said, I'm in Northridge and I'm not driving back out to Newbury Park to get it. (only about 25 miles) So, I'll just buy another one and you'll have to pay for it! We said no, just take this one and be done wit it. He got very angry and said Oh, we'll just have to go the other way with this! You're messing with the wrong guy! I'll trash you guys on the internet with bad reviews. After reading this in a text message the next day I called him and offered to bring the ramp out to his Northrige location. He said it's too late! We did our best to make him happy with his purchase, but he seems to be a person that is a bit unreasonable and hard to please. We always go out of our way to make our customers happy. And, in the same way we always try to be fair in our business dealings. We tried our best to resolve this matter, but we are sorry to say that things didn't turn out as well as we had hoped.

  We used Best Move this weekend, and they were outstanding. Low price for 4 movers and a truck, including garment boxes, moving boxes, the works. No hidden charges. Our driveway turned out to be too steep for the truck, so they brought in another truck for no extra cost. Even when I changed my mind (many times), and they had to move heavy furniture up and down extra steps, they were kind, patient, and totally professional. I've moved many times and despite the challenges of my property, they were the best! I'll refer them with my highest recommendations. Family owned and really reasonable.
