  UNITS was our first experience using a storage pod delivery. We needed to clear out a bunch of stuff from our garage due to a flood. They were prompt and very friendly from start to finish. And I have to say, the remote control delivery of the UNIT into our driveway was pretty awesome to watch for me and my little girls. Shout out to Jonathan who delivered and picked up the UNIT. He was super kind and professional. I highly recommend UNITS of Ventura County to anyone in need of a temporary storage unit or is moving.

  They were great. Accommodated us very last minute, very professional scheduling and prompt drop off and pickup. Unit was clean and well cared for and driver had to place it in a challenging location on the prooerty and did great.

  My experience with UNITS couldn’t have been more positive! Crystal was a pure gem! She handled all scheduling needs, eagerly revised my plans as I needed to revise them, and was very accommodating! It was like I had a friend in the business! Jonathan dropped off and picked up the UNITS storage bin on time, and was the highest example if professionalism ! His very friendly, outgoing personality really made my experience not just something I had to do, but he made it fun. Jonathan became more like family, and is the easiest person to deal with on the planet. Should I need a mobile storage in the future, I will call UNITS every time. Outstanding service at a good price! A thank you goes out to Crystal and Jonathan for not just being excellent at their jobs, but for being excellent humans! They made the whole experience easy! ❤️
