  It really pains me to write this. Don and Danielle were great. But they are in the office and don't do the work. Packers: They simply stop after 6 hours. If they are not done, they leave it to the loaders who just grabbed armfuls of stuff and wrapped in plastic. If something breaks, so what. The United driver had a truck issues so Conejo Valley had to load me into a smaller truck. The loaders: I wish I had kicked them out right away. One guy in particular started off by taking a massive dump and stinking up the entire house. He was slamming my belongings to the ground. Yelling at the top of his lungs in Spanish about some a-hole that did not show up for the job. I guess he thought all white people don't understand Spanish. Same thing. As they hit the 6-hour mark, they had to move on. I thought if I tipped that they would be nicer to my belongings on the other side. The United driver never showed and Conejo had to deliver my goods about 2-weeks later. Drop-off: First thing one of the guys said was, "Can I use your bathroom?". I panicked. It was not as bad as the last guy. But they could not get out there fast enough. I had to insist they reassemble the TV and beds. The beds, they did not bother to screw the slats in. Again, they had no plan to work more than 6-hours. As for damage. The old house was repainted and it did not matter. The new house had scratched floors, broken cracked/broken parts of furniture. They gave me no problem about making a claim but it is all small stuff that is difficult to fix. For example, a 2' x 4' area of linoleum that is torn. or a char leg that needs wood glue. I really don't have time to find people to fix that stuff or do it myself. But the landlord will take my deposit. Even though Don and Danielle are wonderful, I just cannot recommend this company. They don't have control over their crews. Perhaps if the guy loading my belongings was not so belligerent and rude, the laziness of the drop off crew would not have been so depressing.

  They'll provide one price at estimate and another at destination. All of the links to paperwork in their portal expire and they refuse to provide copies. Late arrival, broken belongings, etc.....the list goes on.

  Updates: During the past 7 days, I have called Dennis at the number he provided, left voicemail message at his private voicemail, emailed him directly and asked Don who did the on-site estimate to forward an email to him... But I receive ZERO response from him. No one answers the phone. No one responds to my voicemails and emails. Original Post: Do Not Use This Company! They will ruin your stuff and show "ZERO" care. They will trap you... and once you find you have a problem that is caused by them, you will have no one to talk to in this company because they don't care. They lie to you when they come by to do the estimate and the load up. And then they take your money before your stuff arrives one week later. When your stuff does arrive, there are problems and your belongings will be damaged badly. When you want to talk to someone in this company, you can find no one to speak to, it’s like they never existed.
