I am in the process of moving. I researched several companies that sell moving boxes etc. I choose Best Price Boxes due to their competitive rates. However, when I arrived to pickup my boxes the charge was higher. When I asked why they stated they received a price increase and the rates on the website had not been updated. In my opinion that is a poor business practice. Do not introduce rates that are not reflected on your website. It honestly felt like the old bait and switch. They should have honored the rates listed on their website. I will not use them again. Integrity is EVERYTHING.

Jackie you are 100% correct. There was a brief time when website pricing did not match some of our store prices - but they should have honored the lower price. If I would have known about this we would have absolutely honored the lower prices. I'm not sure who you talked to, but if we can somehow make this up to you we will. I can promise you we would never engage in any kind of bait and switch. Our integrity is everything and I can assure you that we would not have been in business for 15 years if we did anything like this. Again I am so sorry for your experience, if we can make it up to you we will.

Very helpful people! Easy and quick! Have to go in to the office of All American Corporation, pay for boxes, then pick up out back. Have all sorts of boxes, some used, some new, good prices!
