  I booked this company based on the awesome Yelp reviews. I got a quote extremely fast, which was nice. I set up a move time for last Friday at 9am. The moving guys didn't show up until 10:45am--1 hour & 45 min late. They told me the morning of that they get an hour window for arrival, which wasn't disclosed during the quote. Regardless, that still makes them 45 min late. One guy said he was late because he had a longer commute....The move was fast and I had two stops to make. At the first stop, I noticed my dresser was obviously broken. The guys did not say anything about it, nor did they apologize when I brought it up. They told me someone would fix it but it's now been 6 days and there hasn't been anything scheduled for a repair. I've talked to 3 guys about this now. Before the second stop, the movers decided to leave and go to the store. They were gone for an hour--wasting even more of my time. Keep in mind they get paid by the hour. Such a nightmare. As if moving wasn't stressful enough. 10/21: it's been 21 DAYS and I still haven't gotten my dresser fixed. The owner stated he would call me on two separate occasions to issue a refund and get my dresser squared away but has failed to do so. At this point I'm being ignored. The repair guy has also failed to communicate with me.

  After receiving a few quotes from diff movers we decided to go with Big Beard Movers and I'm glad we did. Nathan was quick to answer my questions and worked with me on scheduling. John, Eddie and Jacob moved us and they were AWESOME! The level of care that they took of our things was great. They were friendly, efficient and professional. We moved our things into a portable unit and John packed our things so well as not to leave unused space. This was perfect because it left no room for our things to slide around and he made sure weight was distributed evenly as well. He ROCKED at this!! He should be a professional organizer! There were a couple of questions on the invoice but we were able to work those out immediately. I would absolutely hire them again.

  I had an absolutely great experience with Big Beard Moves. Nathan and the entire team were extremely fast, professional, punctual, and overall the best moving experience I have ever had. My move was a bit complex as I was moving overseas and required furniture to be safely wrapped and also transported into a shipping container. They were fantastic the whole way through. Would definitely recommend again!
