  Big Blue Box was FANTASTIC to deal with and very accommodating!! My situation changed multiple times with adding more containers and changing dates, etc. Craig and Liz were excellent to deal with all the changes and very helpful and friendly!! The boxes were delivered when they said they would and they called each time to let me know they were on the way. The containers were clean and perfect for my move. I also rented moving blankets which was a great deal! Darren and Bud were 2 of the delivery drivers and they were awesome!! Again, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!

  Because of bad weather, the container was delivered a day late. I'm glad they were more concerned about their drivers' safety than trying to deliver on time. I was kept informed every step of the way. The people at The Big Blue Box were very helpful, informative and friendly. The drivers had to maneuver many times to get it perfect. If I were to ever move again, they would be my first call. I would definitely use them again!

  We rented a Big Blue Box for about eight months. They were very quick to get the container to our home and very prompt when we needed it delivered. Some of the contents were shifted when the container was moved but that is to be expected with any moving you are doing. The more evenly packed you have the contents the better. They had very good service including text messaging which really helped me remember when they were coming! That was awesome they sent the text messages! If we ever need the service again we would definitely use them.
