  "We used Big City Moving from North Reading, MA to move us out of our home, store our belongings and then move into our new house. A lot of damaged pieces were found when I unpacked. Items that were expensive and irreplaceable. Scratch furniture and damaged furniture. Bin covers completely damaged. The top of a big piece was completely off and my husband had to glue it into place. As I went from room to room unpacking there were missing items. I have no idea where these items are and when reaching out to them, never got a reply. The only thing they did was to repair a scratch on my dining room table, the day after the move. When we spoke to the owner he had his father speak for him saying that when things are put into storage, bins are placed on top of one another and there is nothing they can do. I cannot recommend these movers."
