  This is the 3rd time we have used Big Joh's Moving, INC and we highly recommend them, especially for out-of-state moves. They never disappoint with how prompt and professional and caring they are when handling and moving your personal belongings. If you plan to move, use BIG JOHN'S and you will not regret it. There were a number of people involved from the staff answering the phones and scheduling the appointments, to the sales people visiting for estimates and finally to the movers and drivers themselves who packed and moved all the heavy furniture and boxes. We appreciate how hard your team worked for us and highly recommend BIG JOHN'S for all your moving needs. Thank you and God Bless you all.

  Had long distance move from NYC to North Carolina. Everyone was great, professional & friendly. Great quote considering two apartments worth of stuff they had to move. Came early which was great . I have told friends & people I know to use them Highly recommend.

  We just worked with Big John's to move my 84 year old mother from New York to North Carolina a very stressful move for her. We got quotes from several movers, but Big John's stood out amongst the competition. Starting with Nick, the Irish sales rep, who was amazing with my mom. He treated her politely and respectfully and did not rush her. He also provided a very reasonable quote, explaining everything clearly to my mother and again later to me. I was so impressed, we signed with them right away. The weeks before the move, Sophie and team at the main office were always responsive and professional, keeping us informed along the way. On the day of the move, Porfirio and his team arrived punctually and were outstanding - professional, polite, friendly - even the building staff in NY was happy with how carefully they managed the move. And despite the Ida storm which had just hit the NY area, they delivered 6 days later in NC, on a Sunday, day of our choosing. Again, they arrived right on time, Porfirio and his guys unloaded with great care and set everything up. Everything arrived in great shape. Nothing broken or damaged. The final quote was exactly what was bid up front. There were no surprises and they did everything they said they would do. This is truly an outstanding company made up of a wonderful team of people!
