DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY USED TO BE AWESOME NOW THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I used this company two years ago TWICE and they were awesome both times! The movers were hard workers and got the job done! This time, they sent two guys who arrived at 9AM spent the first 45 minutes arguing with my family and I about what services we selected for the quote, once they noticed they were wrong they got out of the truck and proceeded. The entire time the driver let the passenger do all the work up until we were almost done; and YES I SAID WE, MY HUSBAND, MY LITTLE BROTHER AND MY GRANDPARENTS ALL HELPED LOAD THE TRUCK, I KID YOU NOT because that's how slow these guys were moving [ of course they are paid by the hour so its obvious], they dragged my furniture and treated it any kind of way, i immediately called the office while they were loading the truck and complained, i was told Monday i will get a call back. I only had two mattresses, one dresser, one twin bed and a couch to move, the rest were clothes! WHEN I TELL YOU IT TOOK THEM 7HOURS TO COMPLETE, this is not an understatement, my new place is 15 minutes from the storage, it took them an hour to show up after the left my storage unit, this company is the worst i have ever came across! I told them i will not pay until we resolve who is replacing my furniture and why it took 7 hours to move the same items that they moved previously TWO SEPARATE times in the past in 2 HOURS! There is so much more to the story, from the workers manager cursing him out on the phone because i told him i don't have my credit card with me, to the supervisor hanging up in my face, to them texting my cell phone, YES TEXTING, threatening "legal action" because they haven't received payment, the employees telling me he cant believe his supervisor hung up on me and that i should've recorded him, oh yeah the guys told me it wasn't much stuff and i could've saved money by moving it myself, YES THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT! I CANT WAIT TO SEE THIS COMPANY IN COURT, EVERYTHING IS RECORDED!! ALL now no one from operations has returned my call, all i got was the legal action text! GO Figure!

Hi, and Welcome to my TED Talk...no I'm only kidding... this is just the cliff notes version of what transpired during our experience with Big League Movers. I had a very detailed description of the disaster that was our moving day(s) the weekend of July 28th, but alas, the character limit has prevent me from posting. SO, here is my best summary of one of the worst experiences with a service provider that we have ever had: 1. 7 hours late first day, causing us to have to push to a second day on a move (+$$$$$$$) and not have a bed to sleep in or any clothes/furniture on night 1. 2. Did not use any blankets or furniture bands while loading furniture (WTF) 3. Second crew came to unload second day, we saw extensive damage to 14 pieces of furniture and 3 full boxes of glass, including priceless heirlooms. (OMG) 4. They were unhelpful and unprofessional along the way, and still charged us the full amount for both days. (RUDE) 5. We promptly FIRED them before sending them to our second pick-up location. (GOODBYE) 6. Not ONE SINGLE PERSON followed up with our experience after that second day (and Jeff Colleta's half hearted apology on the second day of the move does NOT count). ***SAVE YOUR MONEY & your property and go with a different service provider

Don't waste your time even getting an estimate. There aren't enough characters in this post for me to give you the whole story about our move, but let's just say there were so many pieces broken from a $500 lamp (which they blamed me for after I asked them to pack it), antique family heirloom mahogany furniture pieces from their collapsed storage unit in their facility (some were repairable and some not), to the nasty way they dealt with all of it! I tried to call the owner who would never return my calls. They tried to buy me off with an insurance claim for the lamp at a fraction of its value, but then I had to sign something saying I would not post online. I'd rather not get the money so that I could warn others about what a horrible experience I had. When they came to load up they ran out of moving blankets and had to use my rug to wrap a TV! Other things weren't covered completely like my couch, so they had to pay to have it cleaned. Even the guy they sent to repair the furniture said he'd never seen so many pieces broken in a move. RUN don't walk away!!!!!
