I will never in a million years use United Express Movers again. When completing your inventory, make sure you add additional pieces to your list (even if you don’t have it), otherwise, you’ll be charged triple the amount for cubic feet!!! Please note that for long distance moves, they use another carrier to ship your stuff- hence you’ll have to pay extra frees when the carrier arrives. I had to pay extra due to my sectional and king bed taking up way more than the cubic square feet than what I was quoted. They shipped my items via another carrier named MSN transport! When I called to find a date of delivery, they couldn’t accommodate the date I had listed. If you’re set up with MSN and you’re moving long distance, be wary of the date you provide- honesty if your earliest date is a Friday to receive your stuff, tell them 4-7 days prior to Friday is your earliest date to receive your stuff (transit and they’ll tell you that they don’t have a carrier available ) Again- do not use these companies because they’ll charge you triple and you won’t get your furniture in time! Just use a well know company instead of these small companies.
