  As many of the other reviews have said, the staff at BRSS are unprofessional and irresponsible. When I moved into my dorm, I found four large packages, which did not belong to me. I contacted the student whose name was on the packages, and we both reached out to BRSS to figure out why her packages were delivered to my dorm. In this situation, it should be the company's responsibility to fix their mistake by getting the packages to the right customer. However, after more than a week of constantly trying to contact BRSS and even going to speak with them in person, they did not even try to offer any solutions. We ended up moving four large, heavy packages by ourselves all the way across campus. If I hadn't contacted her, maybe she would never have gotten her packages back. It is already quite unthinkable that this kind of mistake would happen, but their company's lack of organization and communication, as well as their inability to problem-solve, became extremely evident. Use RBSS at your own risk, because if you run into any problems, they may never get solved.

  They said my package was going to be on campus with mailing services before arrival but it wasn't. I reached out to them and they emailed some time slots they can drop it off so I responded back with a time slot that works for me. The package was not delivered and I received no communication from them since I scheduled an appointment time. I sent them an email after the 1-3 time slot to make sure they were indeed on their way and never received an email or a call explaining why they never showed up. I sent some follow up emails softly saying I haven't received my package and what the next steps are and they have completely ghosted me. They also haven't picked up any of the times I have called. If the ghosting continues and my package does not get delivered, I will be filing a claim with the local claims court. Will never use this service again.

  I had a terrible experience with BRSS this summer. I made an appointment with BRSS for summer storage, and of course made sure to confirm with them a couple of times in advance. They were supposed to pick up my items the day before my move-out, but they didn't show up - obviously without any notification. This happened on Friday, and they never reached out to me until the next Monday. No response during the weekend, and even then it was a very short email saying sorry, again without any mention of responsibility or compensation. I understand that accidents can happen and things might go out of hand; they should have at least contacted me or, maybe, answered my calls. Manner education is in dire need. Oh wait, not even that, simple common sense should do the job. I would like to give a round of applause to BRSS for their abominably irresponsible and unprofessional service. I am left without words to think that this is one of the major storage services for Cornell community. In case any of you are looking for a storage service that's actually doing their job, I don't even mean to say excel at it, I'd thousand times recommend Uncle Marty's over BRSS. They kindly helpd me despite the sudden call of help; which wouldn't have needed to happen in the first place lest someone did what they were supposed to.
