  WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS. Ben is an unscrupulous liar who will say anything to get your business. My shipment was delayed and arrived 80% broken. I had to sign delivery paperwork before being able to examine my delivery. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I paid extra to have my things packed. The “professional” movers packed my ceramic plates and canned goods together. Pay the extra money and go with people who have plenty of good reviews.

  I used Big Shoulders for a cross country move. I did all my own packing and nothing was broken. There were 4 movers who came in and quickly loaded up the truck for delivery. They were professional and efficient. They did forget to put my vacuum cleaner in the truck. It was just an oversight. The team that unloaded my truck was great. It was only 2 people unloading and they were very professional and incredibly hard workers. I was delayed getting to my new location because my flight got cancelled. Big Shoulders did not charge me a late delivery fee to missing my move-in date. They were very flexible with me during this hectic and stressful time. I have already made referral to Big Shoulders. I highly recommend them!

  During my move, I specifically paid extra to have my large TV professionally packed. During the move, my TV, smoker, and dart board were severely damaged/destroyed ($3000 worth of items). I tipped the movers close to $1,000. When I called about my damaged items, I was routed to an outsourced claim processing company. 3 months later, I received notification I would receive $50 back. Would absolutely not recommend. I did then follow up after seeing the comment below to call the company. I connected with customer service, and they said I would be receiving a call back shortly. I did not receive a call for three weeks, I called back, and was just told to sign the $50 refund paper. There was no update whatsoever.
