  I usually only write reviews for positive experiences, but the interaction I had with this company during my move was so horrible that I feel I must at least try to let people know to avoid this company. I should have known better when the packing crew arrived the first day and were denied access to the facility due to 1 being a Felony, 2 on probation and the other one failing to bring ID. This would not have been a issue if I would have not told the representative that called me 2 days prior that the facility does not allow felon's or people on probation aboard and that they would need government ID. This is of course this is ignoring the fact that my shipment was suppose to contain firearms, which these packers would have not been allowed to touch. They rescheduled for the next day, like it was not a inconvenience for me and my family, when that crew showed up they were very slow and did a very poor job packing. The only positive aspect I can think of is that this is my final move and I will never have to deal with this company again.

  So my husband is in the military, and we were assigned this company. Turns out, they STOLE FROM US. We called to file a complaint, and we were told that we couldn't until we unpacked everything. Sounds reasonable, but one of their packers called me with a BS story trying to get me to give him information to unlock a phone that he stole. Not only that, I know for a fact that one of them broke some of my glass Tupperware and didn't even bother to throw it away, just left it in the box. I don't know/ won't know what else is missing or damaged until the end of next month.

  We've moved several times with different companies and this was by far the worst experience. It's understandable that things will get broken during a move, however our items that were damaged were completely avoidable. The packers threw our items into boxes with no regard for our personal belongings. For example, a flower vase was at the bottom of a wardrobe box with heavy military gear on top of it. They also took apart pieces of furniture that were glued together, therefore damaging them in the process. On top of all of this, it took 8 days for us to receive our items for a 3.5 hour move and no one answered the phone when we attempted to call and confirm a date. Additionally, there was damage to the home to include dents in walls and doors. I would definitely not recommend this company for a move.
