  Completely unprofessional. Never got advanced notice the crew was showing up, crew fought amongst itself and complained through the whole unpacking. Caught one of them throwing one of my boxes down the ramp and found several of them in pretty bad shape.

  Just had the worst experience. This was a military move. Every one of these items was boxed and/or wrapped by the moving company in New York. Our understanding was that all items would be put away in CA in the same manner that they were picked up from in NY. All of our folded clothing was unpacked from boxes and thrown onto our bed along with our perfume and colognes. 3 trays of my make up were unpacked from boxes and thrown onto the bed. My bare wax candles were unpacked from boxes and thrown onto our bed. 2 glasses of marbles (used to hold make up brushes) were unpacked, unwrapped and thrown onto our bed - loose marbles just thrown onto a bed. The bare wax candles bled all over our comforter and expensive restoration hardware bedding. These items are now stained. We would have rather have left all items boxed that were already neatly folded as opposed to these items being thrown onto our bed. We now have to refold everything making double triple work for us. Seems extremely odd to me to just spitefully launch people’s clothing, perfumes (these things are glass with fluid in them), makeup and bare scented wax candles all over a bed. Everything is balled up. Totally confused at this point.

  They are good about getting you an estimate. The crew who shows up does a good job with the physical move. Horrible follow through on the part of their office staff. Good luck getting a question answered. If they need more info or another form you will only find out after the fact. Who knows when your stuff will show up. The estimator will provide a date but of course that doesn’t show up in the paperwork or in their app. Perhaps they think it is fun to keep it a secret. For the thousands of dollars extra this full service company charges you will get very little in return.
